- Wash arbi ke patte..gebtly remove the thick back side stem on it..pat dry and keep aside.
- Mix all flour and masala and form a thick batter of ut..without lumps
- Apply batter paste in back side of leaf.. Arrange other leaf on uts top, apply batter again..gently press and roll it and make roll of it..see that the sides do not gets open..if it does apply batter and seak it.. repeat with other leaves too the same process.
- In a steamer..add water and steam the rolls on medium flame for 15 minutes. Check by inserting toothpick wheather the batter is steamed and cooked..
- When done..cool it..and cut in spiral slices. Give a tempering of rai, til, hing in oil and saute on slow flame for 5 to 7 minutes
