- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Sugar
- Tartar Sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 1/4 tsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Finely chopped onions
- 1 optional, (as needed) Parsley (dried is OK)

- Combine the tartar sauce ingredients.
